Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized clothing, oils, butters, and final sale items.
    • Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us via chat or directly call. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. We will process approved refunds back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via chat or directly by call with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or pattern, we offer hassle-free exchanges for items in stock. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of some items, exchanges may be limited or unavailable.

Process: To exchange, submit a return request, then place a new order once your original return is accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items: One-of-a-kind items, customized clothing, oils, and butters.

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Timing: Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping Fees: Customers are only charged for shipping once; return shipping costs are typically covered by Uniquely Global unless the item fails to meet return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging). No restocking fees are applied.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab on our website.
  • After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Shipped Orders: We cannot accept cancellation requests once orders have shipped.
